Privacy/permissions of viewing images
By adhering to these Terms & Conditions, the event organiser and/or client is stating that they have received permission from all guests to be photographed and for the photographs to be published publicly (unless organised otherwise). Special permissions for certain attendees to not have photos uploaded or have photos taken of them must be made to Dan Allen Media staff at least 1 week prior to the event. Once photos are put up on Dan Allen Media's Facebook page, attendees can request for certain photos to be deleted. However all activity on photos including commenting, liking and tagging are actions of the user and are not the responsibility or liability of Dan Allen Media. If any issues arise from the use of the photos on social media, all actions must be taken to the organiser and dealt with from there.
Cancellation
If an organiser wants to cancel a booking, they must directly contact Dan Allen Media and gain confirmation of the cancellation. A cancellation must be made 2 weeks prior to the event
Copyright & Photo permissions
All photos are property of Dan Allen Media. Photos may be used for personal use, however are not to be used for commercial purposes or selling. Photo accreditation would be greatly appreciated.
